Questions

Know what happens before you process

Is FileLume free?

Yes. Core FileLume tools remain useful for free. Optional Pro access adds an ad-free workspace and enabled server-processing outcomes.

Do I need an account?

No account is required for core tools. An account is required only for optional Pro access, usage, and billing management.

Where are files processed?

Each tool shows its processing mode before work begins. On-device tools process selected file content in the browser. Secure server tools explain the upload purpose and current handling policy before processing.

Are all files uploaded?

No. Browser tools do not upload selected file content to FileLume for processing. Only clearly labeled server tools upload a file for the requested operation.

Which formats are supported?

Supported formats depend on the selected tool. FileLume displays accepted formats and current limits beside the active input before processing.

What is included with Pro?

Current Pro benefits include an ad-free workspace, monthly server credits, enabled OCR and background-removal workflows, and an account view for subscription and usage state.

How should I handle sensitive files?

Keep an original copy, confirm the processing label, avoid uploading secrets unless the workflow requires it, and review every result before relying on it.
